ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Insurance Representative with Edison Valerio Insurance Agency Inc, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide Property & Casualty insurance options tailored to customers’ needs.
  • Assess clients’ risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Manage customers’ portfolios and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of policies to identify gaps or opportunities for coverage enhancement.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes impacting the insurance industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and brokers.
  • Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and skills.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty thru the State of Washington
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customers relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.
Compensation $37,440.00 - $75,900.00 per year
